New Social Contribution Activity

Toyota Technical Education Project: TOYTEP

Toyota started the project TOYTEP which will increase the education level of the Technical High Schools in Sakarya, with the contribution of Toyota Turkey and Sakarya Governorship.

Opening Ceremony: Executive seminar is started in 12 April 2011 with the participant of Vice-Governer Mr. Muammer Aksoy, Province National Education President Mr. Murat Yazıcı, Toyota Turkey President and CEO Mr. Orhan Özer, school executives and media members. Seminars were realized during the months ; April-May, with 5 groups each included 25 people in it. They were given by HR Development Manager Mr. Yılmaz Akbaba at 09:00-16:30 periods.

TOYTEP has been consisting of 3 legs, management training, laboratory support and student training.

Laboratory Support: Establishment of Electro-Mechanic labaratory at Fatih Technical High School

Student Training: In the new education year, an increase in school-industry cooperation is aimed by giving proper training programs for young students

Management Training: This seminar is given to the Sakarya Technical High Schools' executives and educators. It's about Toyota's globalized management and production systems
