TMMT Human Resources and Administration Group is main responsible to ensure high quality working environment for employees that produces high quality vehicles.

	At Family Day, members and their families gather at factory area in a summer night. That night, several activities refresh TMMT members before challenging jobs.
	Ekiden is a flag race, which promotes teamwork in a dynamic environment. Teams start preparations long time before this joyful event.
	Families of TMMT members visit our plant at pre-determined dates. Toyota Production system is explained during a short drive in production lines. Working environment of TMMT members are shown to families.
