Perfect synchronization of thousands of parts and more than 3,000 members is a miracle that is coordinated by the Production Control group. Logistics is the key tool for this operation. "Milk run system", that is used by TMMT for picking up parts from suppliers, is analogous to milkmen's method. There are dedicated trucks making a ring between TMMT and suppliers. Every supplier prepares requested parts in small lots in front of their doors "just in time". Therefore, truck picks up "filled" boxes from suppliers and leaves empty boxes of previous shipment.

There is a good teamwork amount TMMT, TMME and logistics companies in delivery operation. Produced vehicles are queued in lines at stockyard and then loaded to trucks. Trucks transport them to Derince port from where they will be sent to Europe via vessels.
