Toyota Automotive Industry Turkey became the company with the highest production in August

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye produced the highest number of vehicle in the Turkish auto sector in August, with 11,646 units. New Corolla, produced by Toyota Turkiye, got five-star evaluation in Euro NCAP's safety test and was selected as the safest car in the segment.

President & CEO of Toyota Motor manufacturing Turkiye Orhan Özer indicated that they are aiming to become "Leader Plant" with  approximately 4,000 employees and to increase the total production unit to 150,000 in 2014. Özer said, "Our plant is 'Master Plant' and we manufacture vehicles of the highest quality with reliable quality infrastructure. It's very honorable for me and all our employees that Corolla which we produce was evaluated as the highest quality in the Euro NCAP's safety test."
