Due to the impact of coronavirus (Covidien-19) epidemic all over the World, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye, one of the leading exporters of the Turkish automotive industry, decided to temporarily halt the production of the manufacturing plant located in Sakarya between March 21 and April 5 within the scope of the measures to keep its employees health.

Safety is the first priority in Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye. Therefore, in line with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health announced to the public, that the coronavirus should not spread, the company continues to take measures to support occupational and social health. In this context, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye, keeping the safety culture as its corporate value, and with high level sensitivity to secure the health of its employees will suspend production operations for 2 weeks between March 21-April 5.

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye always considering to increase the production and export performance will be aiming to continue to start the production by reviewing the situation at the end of the specified time.
