TMMT Awarded By Turkish Exporters' Assembly

In 2017, TMMT increased its export ranking from the 7th to 2nd  compared to the last year and performed export worth $4.44 billion. With this performance, TMMT awarded by Turkish Exporters' Assembly (TIM).

TMMT is ranking in 2nd  place among the first 1000 companies. TMMT worked full capacity and produced 280.000 vehicles. 74 % Europe, 20 % North America and 6 % Middle East and Africa countries were exported which are a total of 244.000 vehicles were rolled of the lines.

In 2016 November, TMMT started to produce C-HR which is the first crossover and hybrid vehicles of Turkey, with an investment of 350 million Euro. With this investment, total amount of investment increased 1.7 million Euro and employee number increased to 5000.

 The factory, which is the first overseas plant to produce the Toyota New Global Platform (TNGA) model outside Japan with the C-HR model, employs over 5,000 people in its 3 shift production system. TMMT has the biggest production volume in Europe with the capacity of 280.000 units.
