Toyota Motor Manufacturing Family Plant Visit

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye (TMMT) organized family plant visits for the employee’s families this year. In this scope, visitors were over 350.
 
To increase employee’s motivation, TMMT organized social activities such as family visits or Ekiden Racings. TMMT completed family visits between the July and September at this year. In this period, a total of 11 groups gathered 351 employees to find out more information about TMMT.
 
During this social activity, TMMT gave general information about the company and principals of the Toyota Way were shared with the participants. Visitors witnessed all phases of an automobile manufacturing. After the plant tour, photographs taken during the event were presented to the attendees.
