New Social Contribution Project of TMMT

“Toyota Technical Education Project (TOYTEP)” TOYTEP project of TMMT has been implemented based on a protocol between TMMT and National Education Directorate to contribute to increase the level of technical education in Sakarya.
 
There are 3 steps of the project as below:
1-Executive seminars
   - Toyota Way: Continuous Improvement, Respect for People - Communication : Reporting, P,D,C,A Cycle (Group study)
   - Toyota Management System: Hoshin Application, Leadership, Time Management, Member Development
   - Expectations from Technical High School Students
 
2-Students seminars: Toyota Way, TPS, Safety, Environment, Productivity, Workshop Activities leaded by TMMT Shop leaders
 
3-Laboratory supports: Establish Toyota Laboratories into the 2 biggest schools of Sakarya with equipment and hardware supports.
 
Executive seminars has been started on 12 April, 2011 with an opening ceremony of the event at TMMT. Sakarya Governor, National Education Directorate, related responsible and TMMT top management joined to the event. President & CEO of TMMT, Mr.Orhan Özer made a speech about the importance of technical education.
