Great Support from TMMT to Technical Education

TMMT continuous to support technical education as part of collaboration with Sakarya University. Within this scope, TMMT hosted Arifiye Vocational High School academicians to observe maintenance training areas & applicaitons.

TMMT aims to contribute technical  education quality improvement and development of students’  knowledge and abilities. With  the collaboration of Sakarya University, TMMT continuous to contribute to its own region. For this reason, TMMT hosted Arifiye Vocational High School students in November. Also, TMMT hosted academicians of that school after a couple of weeks. During the half day activity, academicians got a chance of observing press, welding, paint and assembly maintenance training areas. Also, TMMT employees made presentations about their processes. TMMT employees and academicians evaulated solutions, recommendations and expectations about the education of qualified workforce which is required by the automotive sector.

During the program, TMMT Senior Vice President Necdet Şentürk highlighted that TMMT continuos to support technical education with tecnical plant tours, short-term and long-term internship opportunities and vehicle & equipment donations. Beside all these, he said ‘‘We are glad to host and exchange ideas about the technical education  with the SAÜ academicians.’’
