TMMT continues factory tour for employee and their families.
TMMT started to family tour in 1 July for motivate and bring employees together with their families at operation environment. By this way, starting with Japanese manager's families and other employees families visited plant and witnessed that how steel roll turned automobile.
Families got information about company and also they learnt that Toyota Way which has guiding principle. After the factory tour, photos which are taken during the event, given to families as a gift. In this year, 150 people participated in this tour.
