Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye Organizes Plant Tour For Donation To NGOs

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye, which has adopted the mission of providing added value to Turkiye, especially Sakarya, continues from where it left off to turn the plant tours into a social responsibility project, which it took a break due to the epidemic measures. Accepting plant technical visit requests from companies within the scope of making donations to non-governmental organizations, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye has collected a total of 226,700 TL donations from all visits to date.

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye, which provides added value to Sakarya, where it carries out its production activities, as well as the Turkish economy with its production, export and employment figures, continues to undertake important social responsibility projects in order to create a social perspective. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye, which accepts technical trip requests from companies want to visit its production facilities in Sakarya in order to make donations to non-governmental organizations, is resuming its social responsibility project, which was put on hold owing to the pandemic.

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye cooperated with Darüşşafaka Society, LÖSEV and DenizTemiz Association / TURMEPA. Participants who want to visit the plant will be able to follow the four basic processes in the production process, consisting of press, welding, paint and assembly, by making a donation to the determined non-governmental organizations. No donations are requested from educational institutions that want to visit the plant.

A total of 226,700 TL donations have been collected from the companies participating in the plant tour, including 96,200 TL to LÖSEV, 87,000 TL to Darüşşafaka Society and 43,500 TL to TURMEPA. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye, which will take up where it left off in its social responsibility initiative, will continue to conduct significant works that bring value to society in the fields of education, the environment, and transportation.
