Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye halted its Production due to Maintenance and Repair Activities

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye, one of the leading companies in the Turkish automotive sector, which exports a large part of the vehicles produced at its Sakarya plant to more than 150 countries, will halt production between August 1 and 14 due to planned maintenance and

repair activities.

TMMT, which provides continuous added value to Turkiye’s economy with its production, exports, employment and investments, suspends its production between August 1 and 14 due to planned maintenance and repair activities at its Sakarya plant, where it carries out its production activities. 

TMMT achieved great success by exporting 188 thousand of the 230 thousand vehicles it produced at its production facility in Sakarya and exported to more than 150 countries around the world in 2021. The company, which was recognized as Türkiye's second-largest exporter by the Turkish Exporters' Assembly (TIM) with an export income of $3.8 billion, continues to increase its production and export performance day by day.
