Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye, which focuses on employee satisfaction and development, and prioritizes employee retention, thanked a total of 946 employees who have worked for the company for many years by completing 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years at the Service Year Award Ceremony

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye, one of the leading companies in the Turkish automotive sector, which adds value to the Turkish economy with its production, export and employment figures, accepts employee satisfaction as one of its main priorities. The company, which values its employees for their efforts for the company for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years, thanks all its employees individually for their loyalty and contributions.

TMMT, which carries out its production activities in Sakarya, has completed 5 years with 583 employees, 10 years with 13 employees, 15 years with 59 employees, 20 years with 232 employees, 25 years with 52 employees and 30 years with 7 employees in Turkey from 2022. At the ceremony, which was also attended by the Executive Committee, the employees who have worked for the company for 25 and 30 years were honored.
