16th Ekiden Race was Organized at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkiye

TMMT held traditional "Ekiden" race on 22nd April . This year, 1.540 runners - 140 teams participated in the event. In Ekiden race 2018, "Legend A team" from TMMT got champion title again , being followed by Aisin team and Toyotetsu’dan team.

Ekiden race is organized by TMMT aiming to strengthen teamwork and increase motivation of employees.

Ekiden, which means long distance race, was born in Japan in 1917. One team consists of deveral runners and they hand over a kind of belt named "tasuki" to each other
