Toyota Turkiye resumes production activity

Toyota Turkiye's production had stopped between 21 April and 2 May based on the Toyota’s decision to stop production at 5 European Plants. After  plants due to the gaps in supply chain related with the big earthquake in Japan on 11 March 2011.   Production at Toyota Turkiye plant will start as from 3rd of May 2011 after 8 days break.

President & CEO of Toyota Turkiye said:  "Part supply process has been monitoring carefully by our company and Toyota Motor Europe as  well. We have been taking all necessary actions to return to normal as soon as possible. Production at TMMT will continue with low level in  May. I believe Toyota Turkey and also other plants in Europe will be reached to the planned production results through     the full effort  the power of "continuous improvement and respect for people", main values of Toyota, together with all employees effort".
